Why aren't prices listed?

Ad budgets and markets vary a lot between a one-trailer startup and a five-crew operation. We'd rather give you a real number on a short call than a misleading “from” price.

Is ad spend included?

No. You pay Meta and Google directly, at cost, in your own ad accounts. If we manage your ads, an optional management fee (a percentage of ad spend) is billed with your plan.

How long is the commitment?

We agree the term with you up front, in writing. No surprises at renewal.

Is PartyPad included?

Yes. Every Gala plan includes PartyPad Professional (a $149/mo plan on its own) at no extra cost: inventory, online booking with deposits, signed booking terms, dispatch and a crew app. It's what lets you drop Inflatable Office. Rather keep your booking system? Ads, funnels and SEO work with whatever you use today.

Can I cancel Inflatable Office and Event Hawk?

That's the idea. We bring your customer list into PartyPad from a spreadsheet, set up your inventory and booking page, and switch your ads, texting and website over before you cancel anything, so there's no gap on a busy weekend. A few things work differently, digital waivers among them, so we walk through your setup on the call and tell you plainly what moves over.
