These terms cover inflatablegala.com and the courses, downloads, memberships and coaching you buy from [LEGAL ENTITY] (“Inflatable Gala”, “we”). Using the site or buying from us means you agree to them.

This website

This site describes Inflatable Gala's marketing and education services for party rental businesses. The information is general and may change.

Comparisons

Comparison pages describe other companies' publicly listed offerings as of the date shown on each page, with a link to the source. They may have changed since; check the provider's own site.

Purchases

Prices are in US dollars and are charged through Stripe when you check out. Access goes to the email address you buy with; you sign in to your portal with a one-time link sent to it.

Courses

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a course. Course access is for you and your business and can't be shared or transferred.

Downloads

Downloads are delivered immediately, so all download sales are final. You may use a download in your own business; you may not resell, share or redistribute it.

Academy membership

Membership renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time from your portal (Manage billing); you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Coaching

Coaching sessions are paid when you book. You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your session from the link in your confirmation email. Changes later than that, and missed sessions, forfeit the session. If we need to move a session, you can pick a new time or get a full refund.

Retainer services

Done-for-you marketing is provided under a separate written agreement, which sets the term, scope, fees and how ad spend is handled. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platforms from your own accounts. If we manage your ads, an optional management fee (a percentage of ad spend) may apply as set out in that agreement. If the agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

No guaranteed results

We work hard to grow your bookings, but search rankings, ad performance and sales depend on many things we don't control. We don't guarantee any particular ranking, number of leads or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

Content

The text, design, videos and graphics on this site and in our courses belong to Inflatable Gala unless noted otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE]. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of [COUNTY], [STATE].
