Delete your account

Use this page to delete your Inflatable Gala account, the one you use to sign in to the Inflatable Gala app and the client portal. You can also do it in the app under Account, then Delete account.

What we delete

• Your app sign-ins and sign-in codes
• Your lesson progress and playback positions
• Your web portal sign-in and sessions
• Your name, title, phone number and tracking details on your contact record
• Your access to your business's client dashboard

What we keep

Orders, subscriptions and course access stay on record, because we need them for accounting and tax. We also keep your email address on file, marked as unsubscribed, so we never email you marketing again, and that address can no longer sign in to the app unless you buy something new from us. Deleting your account can't be undone.
